1. Registration – Booking – Cancellation
How do I register?
Click the “Register” icon on our website.
Who can register?
All participants must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driving license for at least 3 years.
Right of Withdrawal
In line with legal regulations, you can cancel your registration within 7 days and receive a full refund.
How do I make a reservation?
After registering, you will be guided through the reservation process via email.
How do I cancel?
Cancel up to 7 days before the event to reschedule or receive a refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, changes are allowed up to 7 days before the scheduled event without any fees.
How do I pay?
Click the “Pay my reservation” link in your confirmation email. You’ll be redirected to our secure PayPal site.
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
Where can I find the general rental conditions?
They are available at the bottom of our website under “General Conditions.”
What is RGUS?
RGUS stands for “Règlement Général d’Utilisation du Service CarEvents.” It outlines the terms and etiquette for using our services.

2. Payments – Invoice – Deposit
What is the deposit amount?
A pre-authorization of €7,500 is placed on your credit card. It’s released within 48 hours after the event, provided there’s no reported damage.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Through our secure PayPal page using your credit card.
When is payment due?
As soon as your reservation is confirmed.
When is the deposit held?
A €2,500 hold per driver is applied on the day of the event. You can also pay by bank transfer or certified bank check.
When is the deposit released?
Within 48 hours of the event’s end, provided there are no damages.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, it will be sent by email once payment is completed.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel within the 7-day withdrawal period, you’ll be refunded within 48 hours. After that, you may only reschedule. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event.
3. The Car
Will I drive the exact car I booked?
Yes, for solo bookings. In rare cases of technical issues, a similar or higher-category car will be provided. Group bookings rotate among a selection of available cars.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We’ll provide a similar vehicle, depending on availability and delivery time.
What if I damage the car?
Your session ends immediately. No replacement will be provided. You may be charged up to the deposit amount.
What if I scratch a rim or the bodywork?
You may continue driving if the car is safe. Repair costs will be deducted, capped at the deposit amount.
What if I get a speeding ticket?
You are fully responsible, even if the violation is reported after the event.
What if I misuse the car?
Any misuse may result in the immediate cancellation of your circuit. Repairs will be deducted from your deposit.
Can I smoke in the vehicle?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Can I leave the planned route?
No. You must stay on the designated circuit.
Can I stop along the way?
Only with prior approval. Stops must be in safe, pre-agreed locations.
Do I need to obey traffic laws?
Yes. You are fully responsible for respecting all traffic rules.
Do I need to refuel?
No. Fuel is included in your booking.
Do I need to pay tolls?
No. Our cars are equipped with toll passes.
Do I need to clean the car?
We handle the exterior. Please remove your personal items and trash from the interior.
4. The Circuit
Can I see the roadbook in advance?
Yes. We provide a detailed itinerary including routes and stops.
Can I change the route?
Only in the event of safety concerns or road closures. Suggestions are welcome.
Can I cancel due to rain?
Only in extreme weather conditions.
Can the route be modified?
Yes, in case of strikes, protests, or major roadworks that affect safety.
5. Insurance – Liability
What is my responsibility?
You’re liable up to the deposit amount for any damages. Please report existing damage before driving.
Can I buy extra insurance?
No. The deposit remains your responsibility.
What should I do in case of an accident?
Fill in an accident report. Call the police if needed and inform us immediately.
What should I do in case of a breakdown?
Contact us. We’ll organize a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
What if the vehicle is stolen?
Report it to the nearest police station and notify us without delay.
What if damage costs less than the deposit?
You’ll only be charged for actual repair costs. Standard repair rates:
- Scratched rim: €300
- Scratched bumper: €600
- Broken bumper: Full deposit
- Windshield chip: €100
- Cracked windshield: €600
6. Assistance
What to do in an accident?
File a report, call police if necessary, and inform us immediately.
What to do in case of a breakdown?
Contact us and we’ll send a replacement car as soon as possible.
What to do in case of theft?
Report it to the police and let us know right away.
